Santa Fe is a 2 star hotel and is usually the cheapest of the onsite Disney hotels.
It had cute Cars and Route 66 theming and has the following facilities:
There is no pool at this hotel and you cannot use the pools at other Disney hotels.
There is 24 hour reception, concierge and left luggage facilities (free of charge). There is also a free shuttle to the parks, but this can get very busy. It is wheelchair accessible but I usually prefer to walk.
While all accessible rooms are on the ground floor this hotel does have some standard rooms that are up a flight of stairs with no lift.
You can meet one of the following characters each day (which one is random) in a special Cars/Route 66 themed outfit:
Most standard rooms at Santa Fe have 2 double beds and sleep up to four, plus an infant. There are some family rooms available but you normally need to call to check availability for these.
They do not have air conditioning, only a ceiling fan, and do not include drink making facilities as standard, though you can request a kettle. They do not have fridges. They do have in room safes and travel cots are available.
Standard bathrooms have a bath (though it has quite low sides) with a shower over. They provide shower gel, soap, shampoo and conditioner. There is a hairdryer but it is not very powerful.
Accessible rooms also sleep up to four plus an infant but currently consist of two interconnected rooms. One room has one double bed and an accessible bathroom and the connected room has a double bed (it may sometimes also have a sofa bed but this is not guaranteed) and a standard bathroom.
The floor is carpeted and there is space to move around in a wheelchair. The bed is on legs with space to fit a hoist underneath (though Disney do not provide these). The room safe and hanging rails can be reached and there is a lower level peephole in the door.
There are no emergency cords. There are some plug sockets available but I would always recommend bringing an extension and multiplug, especially if you need items to be plugged in by the bed. Don't forget an EU adaptor!
The accessible bathroom is a large wetroom with a sliding door. There is a sink area with space to roll under, a raised toilet with some grabrails and a shower. Within the shower there is a fold down shower seat and a fold down grabrail. Alas on my last trip they had left the shower head right at the top of the rail!
