Auberge de Cendrillon - Princess Dining

Fantasyland, Disneyland Park

Type of Restaurant

Auberge de Cendrillon is a table service restaurant offering a 3 course set menu and the opportunity to meet princesses while you dine.

Food Style

The food here is described as classic French cuisine, but the menu is mostly a meat/fish/vegan dish and vegetables, plus the option of some Cinderella themed desserts.

For all three courses a Vegan option is available. Gluten free bread is usually also available and some of the dishes can be modified to be gluten free, but please always check on the day and refer to the allergen folder to confirm.

Average Cost

A set menu is offered at 95 euros per adult (or 115 euros including wine pairings) and 50 euros per child. All guests must have the set menu (unless under 3) even those unable to eat as this is a character experience.

Accessibility Features

The restaurant is level access with two sets of double doors to enter, these can be quite heavy and cast members may not see you on entering but the restaurant is busy enough that other customers are often coming in and out.

There is an accessible cubicle within the toilets, I have only used the one in the ladies toilets but as there is only two cubicles and the accessible one also contains the baby change I have had quite a wait before, especially if people are busy changing children into princess outfits so I wouldn't leave it until the last minute!

There are different areas within the restaurant and some are quieter than others so if this would be of benefit do ask a cast member if they can consider this when seating you. Some areas the tables are closer together than others but cast members will make sure you can get to your table.

Other Information

While dining you will usually get to meet up to 4 princesses and 2 of Cinderella's mice, Suzy and Perla. While no specific characters and the exact number is not guaranteed most of the time you will get Cinderella as it is her restaurant plus 3 other princesses.

Anna and Elsa do not appear at Auberge de Cendrillon.

There is no photopass photographer present.

If you have a Disney meal plan you can use your meal voucher and pay the difference, either in advance by adding to your booking and pre-paying, or on the day. If you are staying at the Disneyland Hotel your meal plan would cover this with no extra charge.

You can book to eat here if you are staying at a Disney hotel by adding it as an extra to your booking and pre-paying, when doing this your whole party must be included. Alternatively you can book on the app but reservations are snatched up quickly, there is however often cancellations or extra tables released close to the day so do keep checking.

There is often some tables and chairs in the courtyard for the restaurant but these are not used for dining.

Wheelie Good Opinion

While many people will comment that they pay for the experience and not the food, I personally really enjoy both. I can understand that smoked salmon as a starter may not be what a lot of kids would want but things can be adapted, for example the kids smoked salmon starter if you ask for it without the salmon is mickey shaped white toast and cream cheese.

The vegan options here are, in my opinion, some of the better ones available and the lava cake is delicious!

The interaction with princesses is why you come, and saves a lot of queuing at Princess Pavilion, especially if queuing is an issue as even the priority pass queue there can be lengthy (up to 40-60 minutes) to meet one princess. The princesses come to your table and they will make it to you so there is no need to approach them while at other tables or while they are walking around, if they haven't made it to you and you are nearly finished do ask a cast member and they can make sure you have met them all.

Most of the restaurant is accessible so I have been seated with my chair in a few different areas, though there are a few tables up a couple of steps and some booth seating.

Personally this is a treat that I really enjoying doing every so often or for a special occasion.

So let's see it!
