Meet Mickey Mouse

Meet Mickey Mouse in Fantasyland is a location where you can meet Mickey Mouse. It is classed as an attraction rather than a character meet so an Easy Access pass can be used here to get a return time, and a priority pass can be used at any time.

Mickey is in his classic outfit and in a room themed to magic and theatre, there is a photo pass photographer present.

Queueing

As you approach the attraction go to the right hand side of the building and there is a door at the side with a wheelchair symbol, press the doorbell and wait and a cast member will come, open the door, check your pass and let you in.

Once inside the queue time can vary based on how busy the parks are but I typically find it is usually around 5-20 minutes wait. You wait in a corridor which inclines upwards and is carpeted so don’t forget to apply brakes while waiting! You will then be shown to the room Mickey is in where there is usually a bit more of a wait.

There is no seating at all while queuing, but the queue area is fully indoors and is quite quiet.

Access

While the ramp inside can give your arms a workout with the thick carpeted incline it’s not too bad and everywhere is wide enough to comfortably manoeuvre.

There is plenty of space while meeting Mickey and you can’t see anyone else waiting while you are meeting him so it feels very personal.

Comfort

There is no loud music, and because it’s indoors it’s a nice temperature and you can take coats off for your pictures if you want to.

Overall it is a calm experience as the access queue is quite separate from the main queue so it doesn't feel very busy or crowded.

Wheelie Good Score

I love this meet and greet option as you don’t have to worry about rushing there at the start time to get a return slot, you can just go at a convenient time and it’s usually open until around 5pm.

You get a great interaction, can get professional photos and can take off any layers to get that perfect photo!

For me personally this meet gets a wheelie good score of 5 out of 5!
